Returns and Preorder Policy
WHAT can be returned?
Sale items are unable to be reutrned or exchanged.
NO Exchange or refund on Hats due to health reasons
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Products being returned must be done so within 7 days of date of purchase. Items outside of this period will only be offered an exchange or credit option.
All items purchased vis preorder are non refundable, as this item is orderd specifically for you, please note estimated delivery times are that, estimated. Due to unforseen delays delivery dates can vary.

HOW do customers return items?
For all return items please lodge a dispute in our resolution centre, with the item(s) and details of what outcome you would like. Whether and exchnage, refund or credit is desired and we will do out best to help.
Please also include the original order invoice with your purchase details so we can follow up once the items are recieved.
SHIPPING for returns?
Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer unless an item is deemed to be faulty, damaged or for other agreed reason.
CREDIT for returns?
If you return an item for a credit, the credit will be applied to your account on our webstore. You will then be able to log on and spend the credit amount when you desire.
Instore return option?
Unfortuantley at this stage we do not offer an instore return process.
Items are to be returned safely and in the orginal condition you recieved them. If packaing is required to do so as you ahve disposed of the recieved packaging, then this will be at the purchasers cost.
